In a comic strip that comes to life, a sensitive lover discovers the powerful body of his Madame Muscle.
A third dancing character leads the ceremony and pulls the strings of love under the mysterious name… Anatom’.
For the character of Madame Muscle is a gateway into anatomy: the limbs, their segments, the joints, the skin, its elasticity, the head and the weight of ideas… are all guides in the pages of a show that composes a reading of the body based on a playful, lively and poetic approach to dance.
For a third collaboration (after Besame mucho and Pasodoble), Michel Kelemenis entrusts the silhouettes of his characters to Madrid-based stylist Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, whose colour palette and assertive symbolism immediately resonate with childhood.
The playful pop soundtrack, rich in curious sounds and knowing how to use silence to great effect, also returns to a collaborator on several works: the magician sound designer André Serré.
The show is an adaptation of L’Amoureuse de Monsieur Muscle, created in 2008.
