Very often young dancers will start learning tahitian dancing as early as the age of 3 or 4. Makau Foster Delcuvellerie has taught hundreds who now dance in the different dance companies in Tahiti. Natalia began dancing with Tamariki Poerani as a “junior” at the age of 9.
