For “mono”, a piece presented within the European network Modul-Dance, the Israeli choreographer found humour in an advertising slogan for a double stroller: “In just three clicks, go from mono to duo”.
To the electronic music, repetitive jungle of Richard van Kruysdijk, six dancers express the multitude of possible combinations in the adventure of daily life.
Pushing his dancers to the limits of their physical capabilities, Itamar Serussi uses improvisations on different processes of composition in order to push the boundaries of dance and to create new emotions.
