L’Aurore, piece for 6 performers, is inspired by 3 works : Sunrise (movie of F.W. Murnau),
Automatic writting (musical piece of R. Ashley),
Under Milk Wood (radiophonic piece of D. Thomas).
L’Aurore explores the sensations of the end of the night: between sleep and awakening, dreams and fears.
This transition is both painful and magical.
The dance is based on the idea of an embodied and intriguing theatrical-body,
which plays on contrasting registers of interpretation.
