La barque sacrée

La Barque Sacrée (The Sacred Boat) is a fictional documentary about the myth of Isis and Osiris, directed by Marlène Ionesco in 1990.
“It was a beautiful and magical experience for me. Filmed in a studio, I had Henri Alekan, the famous poet of light, as director of photography, and Carolyn Carlson, Larrio Ekson, and Yorma Uotinen in the leading roles.
The script was written very quickly, as if by automatic writing. I had all the images in my head, very real.”
